Gems and Jeans
About The Luncheon
Thanks to the generous support of the Greater Cincinnati community, the Cris Collinsworth ProScan Fund’s Pink Ribbon Luncheons have raised over $1.4 million dollars to provide breast cancer education and early breast cancer detection services for all TriState women as well as support services to those women newly diagnosed with breast cancer.

Now entering its eighth year, the Pink Ribbon Luncheon has grown to one of the largest afternoon fundraisers in the city, drawing 1300+ women, community leaders and business executives from Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Emceed by Carol Williams and Cris Collinsworth, the luncheon has hosted such notable speakers as Olympic Swimmer Dara Torres, entertainer Diahann Carroll and author
and healer Dr. Andrew Weil.

The luncheon is chaired by Penny Pomeranz, Nancy Fehr, Karen Cassidy, and Holly Collinsworth.

This year\\\’s honorary chair is Sherie Marek. Sherie has been instrumental in countless charitable initiatives and we look forward to her involvement in this year\\\’s luncheon.

Oct. 11: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

Making Strides

We hope you’ll join us in inspiring others while supporting the many ACS breast cancer programs. Since you have been touched by breast cancer first hand, we would be honored if you would join us at the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Cincinnati.

As a breast cancer survivor, you’re part of a group of more than 11 million people across the country who have battled cancer and won. You’re also part of an even larger community of caring people who support the ongoing fight against breast cancer.

Every year, Making Strides brings together people with a never-ending passion to fight breast cancer for an inspiring day of friendship, remembrance, and hope. It’s an incredible day – one we’re truly looking forward to – and we hope you will join the Pink Ribbon Girls team on October 11th at Yeatman’s Cove.
